Thank you for shopping with Wild Flower Esthetics. Each order is carefully packaged and prepared with intention. Please review the information below before placing your order.
Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 3-7 business days unless otherwise stated. Processing and shipping times may vary during holidays, promotions, launches, carrier delays, product availability, or periods of high order volume.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information by email.

At this time, orders are shipped within the United States only.
A flat rate shipping fee of $10 is applied to all orders at checkout. Free shipping is available on orders over $125 before taxes. Skin care products are not available for local pickup at this time.
Wild Flower Esthetics is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information entered at checkout.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
Lash essentials and lash accessories are available for local pickup only and are not eligible for shipping.
Local pickup is available at Wild Flower Esthetics for eligible products. Please wait until you receive confirmation that your order is ready before arriving for pickup. Pickup is available during scheduled appointments or by arrangement.
Shipping & Pick up
Wild Flower Esthetics is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
If your package is lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. If you need assistance locating the tracking information, feel free to reach out.
Lost or Stolen Packages

Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of skincare, beauty, and personal care products, all sales are final.
For sanitary and safety reasons, opened, used, or tested products cannot be returned or exchanged.
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Samantha@wildfloweresthetic.com
Please include your order number, photos of the item and packaging, and a brief description of the issue.
If approved, a replacement or store credit may be issued at our discretion.
